Note to BUYERS:

If you are looking for a barrel horse, you have probably looked at a lot of "finished" or "started" horses.  Some (most) have been misrepresented in some way, some in a lot of ways !  Even if you do find a started horse you and he/she have to adapt to each other's style and will go thru a lot of growing pains.
May I suggest having your horse "Custom Made" for you at DBH.  I've done this for several people and it has always worked out super ! I usually find a prospect or have one already, then I train him/her for you.  The horse is trained with your style in mind and can have the extra "bells and whistles" added while in training, like poles, barrels, roping, etc.  Yes, this does take some extra time, but probably no more time than it will take you to go thru trying, buying, re-selling, etc. horses that don't fit you !! 
WHY COMPROMISE ON AN INVESTMENT LIKE YOUR HORSE, you wouldn't do it with a car, would you ??
Think about it, you can buy a prospect for under $10,000 and put 6 months to a year of training in him and still have a top notch horse for not a lot of money !!
